Step2TV work with a vast array of levels and ages who join our network to utilise our advice, services and opportunities. We interact with emerging talent through incentives and work placements and have found that industry awareness amongst even film school graduates is lacking greatly. Industry awareness is crucial in order to succeed in the over subscribed media industry and by targeting new talent early we can combat this.
